Marsh Green in the 1920's
information provided by Dorothy Tilley.

Dr Gordan and his wife ran a sanatorium for about 20 tuberculosis patients, mainly from London and associated with the Press.

The servants slept over the stables and one of their jobs was to top-up the acetylen for the gas lights in the house.
